Plan4Flex App
All employees working for Emveflex will receive login credentials for the Plan4Flex app. With this app, you can, among other things:
- request holidays;
- sign forms digitally;
- send us a message with ease.

Report an absence
Are you ill and unable to come to work? Then report your absence to your employer before working hours. You should also report sick to Emveflex before 9:00 am. We will then ensure that the illness report is passed on to the Occupational Health & Safety Service (Flexcom4).
It is important that you remain accessible during your period of illness. You are also obliged to follow the agreements stated in our sick leave regulations sick leave regulations.
